Adventureland is pledging more than $250,000 to help address food insecurity issue on Long Island.
The park is teaming up with Island Harvest to support several hunger relief initiatives, including holiday turkey drives and school pantry programs, over the next three years.
Some of the money will also go to a college scholarship fund that helps economically disadvantaged kids enrolled in the food programs.
