The Nassau County Industrial Development Agency voted unanimously to approve the lease transfer of the Nassau Coliseum to Las Vegas Sands.
The vote comes after the Nassau Legislature voted to transfer the Coliseum’s lease to Las Vegas Sands last week.
The proposed $4 billion project at the Nassau Hub would include a hotel, a performance space, restaurants and a casino.
