The search for more clues in the Gilgo Beach murder investigation has expanded out of the state. According to investigators, evidence is now being collected from a home in South Carolina where Rex Heuermann owns property. State police were also searching two Amityville storage units in relation to the investigation. Police took photos, furniture, boxes and electronics. As of now, Heuermann still pleads not guilty to every charge he is accused of.
