Accused Gilgo Beach Killer Rex Heuermann is expected in court Tuesday in Riverhead.
It will be his first court appearance since his indictment.
Last week, Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney announced he would prosecute Heuermann at trial. Heuermann previously pleaded not guilty to the charges.
