Former Suffolk Police Chief Pleads Not Guilty

Former Suffolk County Police Chief James Burke pleaded not guilty Monday to charges of public lewdness and indecent exposure.
Burke was charged for allegedly initiating a sexual encounter with an undercover officer at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park on Bald Hill.
He is due back in court on Oct. 6.
