The family of a student injured in last month’s Farmingdale bus crash are planning to sue the school district.
The suit claims the crash was the result of the negligence and recklessness of the district.
The family is asking for $10 million for injuries and $2 million for damages.
Two lawsuits have already been filed by parents of victims in the crash, but the suits target the Regency Bus company and the bus driver.
