Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman has filed a lawsuit against the company that owns the Elmont building where hundreds of seniors were evacuated from due to Friday’s flooding.
He says he is suing the company because it refused multiple requests from the county to make necessary repairs.
Residents of the building say they have had issues for years with flooding.
