Suspected Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann is due back in court Wednesday for the first time since his Sept. 27 appearance.
Heuermann currently is charged with 3 murders and is a prime suspect another. The four women were found dead in Gilgo Beach in 2010 and police found seven more sets of human remains along Ocean Parkway the following year.
