Blackout in Long Beach Tuesday night

A power outage impacted the entire City of Long Beach for several hours Tuesday evening. The outage began shortly after 4:30 p.m.
PSEG Long Island says nearly 19,000 customers were affected.
The utility says the cause is under investigation. reportedly there was a transformer fire north of the Long Beach Bridge in Island Park.
