Suffolk District Attorney Ray Tierney says the Holbrook couples whose 13 month old child died after he came into contact with narcotics are now facing formal charges of drug possession and child endangerment.
Toddler Joseph Adonis was found unresponsive by officers after a 911 call earlier this month. He was then rushed to a hospital and pronounced dead.
Officials say drugs and a loaded shotgun were found accessible to the toddler and an 11-year-old who also lives in the home.
