A small plane made an emergency landing on the Southern State Parkway in Farmingdale Tuesday.
State police said the two people aboard the plane suffered “minor, non-life-threatening” injuries.
It happened around 11:45 a.m. Tuesday on the eastbound side of the Southern State near Exit 33.
The FAA said the pilot reported engine failure while on approach to Republic Airport. The FAA is investigating.
