Nassau County officials say they will be stepping up the law enforcement presence at the UBS Arena Wednesday for the 2024 MTV VMAs.
County Executive Bruce Blakeman says there are no credible threats against the event, but security will be high.
Heavy traffic is expected on Hempstead Turnpike and the other roads around the arena.
